How is this different from a typical email agency?
Most agencies sell sends. We sell retention math. Every recommendation we make ties back to a cohort, an LTV model, or a unit economics question — not a creative trend or a vendor's quarterly target.
What ESPs and stacks do you work with?
Klaviyo, Iterable, Attentive, Postscript, Sendlane, Ortto, Customer.io, Braze, and the legacy stack you've been meaning to migrate off of. We also handle the migration if it makes sense.
Do you have a minimum commitment?
For full-service engagements, three months. For one-off audits and strategy sprints, no. We don't believe in twelve-month contracts that punish brands for outgrowing us.
What size brands do you typically work with?
We're best for ecommerce brands doing roughly $2M–$200M in annual revenue. Below that, you usually don't need us yet. Above it, in-house teams typically pull retention back internally.
